After years of friends and family insisting that I should pursue a culinary career, I decided to follow my dream and create a personal chef service. My organizational skills and experience in finance, training, and event planning provided a broad base on which to build my business.
In 2001 I received my personal chef training and certification from the United States Personal Chef Association and have been trained in Serv-Safe standards. As a member of the Personal Chef Cooperative, I receive support and advice from personal and professional chefs, and continue to expand my recipe collection with tested, winning recipes.
Since 1981, I have called Atlanta home. It brings me endless pleasure cooking for my clients, husband, and extended family. Undoubtedly, the greatest compliment I ever received was from my grandson when he asked me to "teach him how to cook"!
