Chef Julie's Customized Menus/

Dinners by Design specializes in home-style cooking, low-fat meals, ethnic cuisines, Weight Watcher and other specialized diets.  So, if you want a low-fat meal and don't eat red meat, no problem.  Whatever your preference may be, I'll suggest tasty nutritious menus designed to meet your dietary requirements.  And, you can be assured only the highest quality and freshest products will be selected to create your meals.


Imagine sampling these delicious entrees:


Eggplant Parmesan - Italian seasoned eggplant, layered with a rich tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.  Served with Italian Mixed Greens and Vinaigrette.

 Sesame Crusted Salmon with Wasabi Mayo- Salmon filets (or fish of your choice) crusted with sesame seeds and topped with a tangy Wasabi mayonnaise.  Served over a bed of sautéed spinach.

 Chicken Fajitas - Chicken breast strips with red and yellow peppers and onions, marinated in fajita seasonings.  Served in a flour tortilla with salsa, cheese and sour cream.  Accompanied by Mexican Rice.

 Pork Tenderloin Medallions in Mushroom Gravy - Tender pork medallions sautéed, then topped with a tasty, light mushroom gravy.  Served with roasted green beans.

 Hearty Beef Stew - Lean beef in a rich red wine beef sauce with tomatoes, carrots, onions, potatoes and peas.  Served with Peppery Herbed Biscuits.

 Chicken and Ham Tetrazzini - Diced chicken and ham combined with linguini in a sherry cream sauce, topped with toasted almonds and a light sprinkling of Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.  Served with a tossed salad and Italian vinaigrette.

 Pasta e Fagioli - A hearty traditional Italian bean and pasta soup served with Parmesan breadsticks.

 Black Bean, Corn & Wild Rice Pancakes - Pancakes with green onions, black beans, corn & wild rice.  Served with a salad of mixed greens and raspberry vinaigrette.

 Caramelized Onion Chicken - Sautéed chicken breasts with a tangy caramelized onion topping.  Served with an orzo-rice pilaf.
